How do I open an account with Skellon Foods?
To open an account with Skellon Foods, you will need to fill out a credit application form. You can print this form out by clicking the link on the right of this page. The credit application form is three pages. We require signatures on all three pages; a signature at the bottom of the third page (Terms of Trade) indicates that you have read and understood our terms of trade. You may return credit application forms by post or fax them directly to us on 836 8615. All accounts are strictly seven days.
 How long will it take for my Skellon Foods credit application to be processed?
It usually takes three days for credit applications to be processed once all three signed pages have been received.
 How do I place an order with Skellon Foods?
You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning 09 835 3912, faxing 09 835 1033 or emailing sales@skellon.co.nz
 What, if any, is the minimum order amount for Skellon Foods?
There is no minimum order amount, however Auckland Metropolitan area orders under $200 (GST Inclusive) incur a $4 charge, orders over $200 (GST Inclusive) receive free delivery within the Auckland Metro Area. For orders outside of the Auckland Metro area, please contact Skellon Foods to inquire about delivery charges.
 Where does Skellon Foods deliver and on what days?
Auckland - Skellon Foods deliver Monday – Friday in the Auckland Metropolitan area. Orders for same day delivery must be in by 8:30am to ensure delivery that day. Rodney District - Skellon Foods deliver to the Rodney District Region (Whangaparoa, Orewa, Warkworth, Matakana) on Thursdays; orders must be in by 8:30am on Thursday to ensure delivery.
Skellon Foods will send non-refrigerated and non-frozen products everywhere else in New Zealand via courier.
 When will my Skellon Foods order arrive?
Orders within the Auckland Metropolitan area and the Rodney District area will arrive by 4pm. For orders outside of the listed locations, please contact Skellon Foods directly for more information.
