Who can purchase products from Skellonz?

Absolutely anyone!  You don't have to open an account to make a purchase from Skellonz (although if you plan on doing regular business with us, it is easier if you do).  Payment for one-off purchases can be made by credit card, direct bank credit or you can even visit us at No. 18 The Concourse, have a look a our large range of products and pay by cash or Eftpos.

How do I open an account with Skellonz?

To open an account with Skellonz, you will need to complete a credit application form. You can print this form by clicking the link to the right of this page or phone to request an email copy. The credit application form is three pages. We require signatures on all three pages; a signature at the bottom of the third page (Terms of Trade) indicates that you have read and understood our Terms of Trade. You may return credit application forms by post or fax directly to us on 835 1033. All accounts are strictly seven days unless otherwise arranged and first orders are by C.O.D only.


How long will it take for my Skellonz credit application to be processed?

Credit applications normally take three business days to be processed, once all three signed pages have been received. 


How do I place an order with Skellonz?

You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone (09) 835 3912, fax (09) 835 1033 or email sales@skellon.co.nz.  We have an answer phone operating outside our normal business hours of 7am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri so feel free to leave your order this way, but please ensure you clearly state when you require your goods and what company you are from - it will be appreciated! 


Is there a minimum order amount for Skellonz?

There is no minimum order amount, however orders for the Auckland Metro area under $200 (GST inclusive) incur a $5 freight charge.  All o
rders over $200 (GST Inclusive) receive free delivery within the Auckland Metro Area.

For orders outside of the Auckland Metro area, please contact Skellonz to inquire about delivery charges.


Where does Skellonz deliver and on what days?

Auckland - Skellonz deliver Monday to Friday in the Auckland Metro area. Orders for same day delivery must be in by 8:30am to ensure delivery that day.

Rodney - Skellonz deliver to Rodney District (Whangaparoa, Orewa, Warkworth, Matakana) on Thursdays (freight free); orders must be in before 8:30am on Thursday to ensure delivery.

Skellonz sends non-refrigerated and non-frozen products everywhere else in New Zealand via courier.


When will my Skellonz order arrive?

Orders within Auckland Metro will arrive by 4pm on the day required.  Rodney District orders are delivered every Thursday (freight free) and Mon-Wed by courier if required.  For orders outside of the listed locations, please contact Skellonz directly for more information.


There’s a problem with my Skellonz order, how do I get it resolved?

How do I make an enquiry about my Skellonz account?

You can enquire about your Skellonz Account during our accounts department business hours Mon-Fri, 7am-3.30pm by phoning (09) 835 3912, by fax (09) 835 1033 or via email accounts@skellon.co.nz outside these times.
