Established by John Skellon in 1996, Skellonz is proud to be a 100% New Zealand owned Food Service Supplier.  As a chef, John is passionate about food and wanted to meet a demand from the hospitality industry for high quality products, delivered with excellent customer service. 

Starting out with his own range of chutneys, the company has now grown to stock over 3,500 products, including traditional dry food commodities, unique New Zealand products and exotic ingredients imported from around the world.
