Skellon Foods Limited can be relied upon to understand customer expectations for supply of top quality products, with the best level of service at competitive prices.

Skellon Foods Limited is a New Zealand owned Food Service Supplier, established by John Skellon in 1996.  As a chef himself, John is passionate about food and wanted to meet a demand from the hospitality industry for unique products, delivered with excellent customer service.  Starting out with his own of range chutneys, the company has grown to now stock over 3,000 products, ranging from traditional dry food commodities, unique New Zealand products and exotic ingredients imported from around the world.

With a staff of 18, several of who are also ex-chefs, Skellon Foods brings a personal understanding to those working within the hospitality industry.  When John started Skellonz and was asked if he stocked a particular product, his answer was always "I can find it".  He still maintains this ideal and if any item you require is not on our product list, we will endeavour to source it for you.

Many of our staff come from different cultures and backgrounds, but one thing we all have in common is a passion for food.
